Who We Are
Telling It is a trauma-informed and healing centered after school program for school-age youth that draws from the best practices of social work filtered through the expressive arts. Responsibilities*
The qualified candidate will participate in the weekly Telling It program sessions, act in support of the team, serve as a mentor to youth, and participate and provide input to the pre- and de-brief sessions, and other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
- In the event Team Member is not able to participate in a session, arrangements will be made 24 hours in advance with the Team Leader.
- Attend monthly staff meetings.
- Check in with Team Leader on regular basis.
Required Qualifications*
- Successfully complete a criminal background check.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Reliability is critical to this position. Arrive fully prepared to participate in the session.
